DAVE PARK, P.E., C.G.C.

AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE
Mr. Park has over 20 years of experience working in the construction and engineering industry. Mr. Park started his professional career as a Project Manager, Construction Claims Manager and Vice President of the Engineering Division for a mid-sized heavy civil & vertical construction
contractor located on Florida’s Space Coast. During that time, Mr. Park’s responsibilities included a wide range of management, scheduling, administration, estimating and dispute resolution responsibilities on a wide range of projects totaling nearly 100 million dollars in value.

More recently, Mr. Park has provided project engineering, construction management, claims management, scheduling and quality assurance services as a consultant to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He was involved in numerous Kissimmee River Restoration projects totaling over 40 million dollars. Specifically, these projects involved flood control, river re-alignment, dredging operations, utility construction, large diameter pipe rehabilitation, excavation / embankment operations, structural work, roadway bridge & railroad bridge construction

As a consultant, Mr. Park has provided third-party critical path method (CPM) scheduling and has provided claims analysis associated with construction cost, delay, productivity, differing site conditions and design errors and omissions. Additionally, Mr. Park is very familiar with both the
F.D.O.T regulations and the F.A.R. requirements as they pertain to scheduling, cost, construction administration and dispute resolution.

SELECTED PROJECT EXPERIENCE:
• Development & resolution of a various construction claims against:
o Seminole County, Florida.
o F.D.O.T.
o Greater Orlando Aviation Authority.
o Several Florida municipalities.
• Analysis & assistance in defending / resolving construction disputes as a consultant to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
• Performed a manpower analysis / lost productivity claim for a major subcontractor on the Four Seasons Orlando Resort.
• Performed a detailed costs analysis for the general contractor involving emergency roadway and utility repairs on a forecemain extension project in Ormond Beach, Florida.
