Parkit Construction provided construction management services as a joint venture with Carraway ABC Contractors, Inc. for all concrete and masonry construction work involving the construction of a 46,000 SF Publix grocery store, as well as, 2 adjacent retail centers in Pooler, Georgia. The General Contractor for the project was Elkins Constructors out of Jacksonville, Florida.
